Musical Notes
Let's Read Together
Class Experience:
NO MUSIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED!
Learning to read music might seem hard
but this class makes it fun!
In this on going class we will take virtual field trips
and learn the basics of reading music notation.
​
After a quick introduction we will begin the interactive class
that will involve movement, call and response
and have fun learning the basic notes on a treble clef.
​
Musical concepts covered in this class include:
- whole notes
- steady beat
​
BONUS MATERIAL: After the class is complete, learners will receive a Practice Guide packet to help them practice and remember what they learned. This Practice Guide is meant to serve as a supplement
(not homework!) and includes answer keys to check for understanding.
